Our vision is for African communities to thrive celebrated for their excellence, supported by opportunity, and strengthened through mentorship so every individual can reach their full potential.
Growing Excellence adds to African Excellence that already exists. Targeting the African youth, Confluenced aims to provide guidance and mentorship to people under the age of 18 and inspire them to grow and achieve amazing things in the community. Confluenced works with schools with a large African population at the grassroots level, ensuring no African child gets left behind in the promotion of African Excellence in Australia
